Give your child two days to experience our microschool. Discovery Days lets students step into Shannon’s Discovery School, meet our small, friendly group, and try real lessons as the school year begins.

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
At Shannon’s Discovery School, we focus on individualized pacing, hands-on learning, and a calm, small-group environment where every student is known and supported.

During Discovery Days, your child will:

• Join real academic and enrichment lessons

• Connect with peers in a supportive, multi-age group

• Try hands-on projects that spark curiosity and creativity

• Experience learning that adapts to their strengths

DATES AND DETAILS
When: Choose any two days, Tuesday through Friday, during:

• Week 1: August 19–22, 2025

• Week 2: August 26–29, 2025

Who: Students entering 2nd–9th grade
Note: If you have a 1st grader who may thrive in a small-group setting, contact Shannon directly to inquire.

Where: Warrenton, VA

Cost: 25 dollar refundable commitment fee to hold your spot

Capacity: Limited to 3 students per day

WHAT TO BRING

• Water bottle, snack, and lunch

• Comfortable clothes for indoor and outdoor learning

FINANCIAL AID
Tuition is offered on a sliding scale, and limited grant funding may be available for qualifying families.
